1. General Booking Overview
These terms apply to every private study room reservation made via our website. All customers completing a booking confirm they have fully read, understood and agreed to all rules laid out on this page before submitting payment. Our service only provides private study room space rental; we do not offer tutoring, teaching or any form of educational support service.
All rental products fall under two fixed groups: Solo Private Study Rental for single-person use, and Small Group Collaborative Rental for parties of 2 to 3 guests. Each product lists clear usable time windows, included room facilities and maximum user limits before checkout.
2. Step-by-Step Full Booking Process
Official Reservation Steps for Full-Day Rental Packages
- Browse all available study room rental products listed on our online shop page
- Select your preferred room type and add the product to your order cart
- Pick the exact calendar date you plan to use the reserved study space
- Complete full payment for the selected full-day rental package
- Receive automated confirmation email including venue physical address and on-site check-in rules
- Visit our front desk on your booked date to finish simple identity verification and check-in
- Access your assigned private study room and use all fitted facilities during the full 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM session window
All hourly and group room reservations follow the same order and check-in logic, with only the usable time frame adjusted to match your purchased package.
3. Venue Opening & Fixed Usage Time Windows
The study venue operates daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Separate fixed session blocks apply to different rental packages:
- Full-day 8-hour solo room rental: Exclusive access only between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- All hourly 1 or 2-hour room bookings: Any continuous time segment within the full daily opening window
Customers cannot extend their booked room session on location without submitting a new separate booking and completing full payment for extra hours before their original slot ends. No late extensions are offered after arrival.
4. On-Site Room Usage Rules
Approved Activities Allowed Inside Study Rooms
- Silent reading, exam revision and long-form writing work
- Laptop remote office work and online self-learning sessions
- Quiet personal paperwork and document sorting
- Low-volume collaborative discussion for small group rental rooms only
Strictly Forbidden On-Site Activities
- Large social gatherings, birthday parties and commercial sales or promotional events
- Any form of paid tutoring, teaching and formal educational training
- Loud talking, music playback and noise that disturbs other on-site guests
- Unapproved filming, photography and live streaming inside the venue without advance written notice to staff
- Cooking, heating food, or operating portable heating and cooking devices of any kind
- Smoking, vaping and consumption of strong odour food or drinks inside all room areas
5. Payment & Order Validation Rules
Full payment must be submitted at the point of placing your room reservation order. Reservations will not be locked or confirmed until all required payment steps finish successfully.
Our platform works with secure external transaction processing providers. We do not save full payment card details on our website servers; only anonymised reference numbers are logged for booking matching purposes.
Any incomplete or abandoned unpaid booking drafts get permanently deleted after 30 calendar days with no further action required from our team.
6. Cancellation & Unused Room Session Refund Rules
Customers may send a cancellation request via our official email hello@starcasters.uk ahead of their booked room session start time. All requests need to state your full booking name and reserved date for processing.
- Cancellations sent 7 or more full calendar days before your room session start time: 100% monetary refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Cancellations submitted between 1 and 6 calendar days before your room session start time: 60% monetary refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Cancellations sent less than 24 hours before your booked room session start time: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be offered for customers who leave their assigned room early or fail to attend their booked room session with no advance notice sent to our team.
7. Guest Health & Allergen Notice
Every study room across the venue gets cleaned with standard neutral detergent products after each booking slot. If any guest has severe allergies to dust, cleaning chemicals or artificial fragrances, you must notify our team by email before completing your room booking so we can arrange dedicated pre-session deep cleaning.
We do not store food, nuts or strong-scented items inside the venue, but we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment for all visitors.
8. Policy Adjustment Terms
We may update these booking terms to match changes to our venue operation or national service regulations. All updated text will publish directly to this page and take effect immediately once live on the site. Visitors should check these rules regularly before placing new room reservations.
Full Liability Disclaimer
STARCASTERS LIMITED maintains regular cleaning, equipment inspection and venue safety checks for all study rooms and shared public zones. We supply all listed room fixtures as shown on each rental product page, and carry out quick maintenance fixes for broken items reported at the front desk during your booked room session.
Our team accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items left unattended inside any study room after your booking time finishes. All guests must collect all personal belongings before their reserved room session ends.
We hold no liability for disruption to your study session caused by guest behaviour that breaks our on-site usage rules. If a customer creates persistent noise or breaks venue restrictions, our staff reserve the right to end their room booking immediately with no refund offered.
These booking terms work separately from our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If one single clause within this document becomes unenforceable, all remaining booking rules stay fully valid and active.
