Food and drinks with strong heavy odours are forbidden inside all group study zones. Smoking, vaping and excessively loud disruptive conversations are prohibited at all times. The venue operator holds no responsibility for unattended personal belongings of all group members after rental ends. No partial or full refunds will be issued if the group leaves early or does not use the full reserved time. Neutral universal cleaning detergents sanitise all group spaces. Any group member with severe dust, chemical or fragrance allergies must notify venue staff before booking for dedicated pre-rental deep cleaning arrangements.
